3. Use of the Service

You may use Kanbaroo solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

The Kanbaroo App operates locally on your device. All boards, tasks, and metadata are stored either within your browser’s storage or an optional local file. You are solely responsible for managing, backing up, and securing your own data. We do not store or have access to any of your personal boards or information.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Kanbaroo, including design, source code, graphics, and logos, are owned by Backtwofront Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent. You retain full rights over any boards, text, or files you create within the app.

6. Availability and Updates

While we strive to maintain a reliable and accessible service, Kanbaroo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. No Warranty

Kanbaroo and its associated websites are provided without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices or browsers. Users accept all risks associated with the use of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backtwofront Technologies Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Kanbaroo, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or loss of productivity.
