Storage

Kanbaroo is offline-first: it stores your boards locally on your device.

Where your data lives

• Browser: IndexedDB (primary), plus small settings in localStorage.
• Optional File-based: On supported browsers you can bind a JSON file to store boards directly to disk.

Clearing data

Use the in-app Storage settings to wipe local data. You can also clear your browser’s site data (this removes boards—export first!).

Privacy

No analytics or trackers. Nothing is sent to our servers. Exported files are yours; store them where you like.
